Step 2

• Sales & Marketing Activities (offering memorandums, listing sites, Realty Yield Website, etc.) As necessary for 1031 Exchange
• Qualify Negotiate & Properly Structure Incoming Offers (Provision for delayed closings & sale terminations maintained)
• Manage Dispositions Transaction Process through Closings
• Coordinate and Manage IRC 1031 Exchange Process (Accomodator, Title / Escrow, etc.)
